This is me

I am a 2019 graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy who has worked in a conflict zone and has extensive research experience in the fields of extremism, governance, human rights, and monitoring, evaluation, and analysis. I work as a program analyst at the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction.

 

When not working, I write and I volunteer with a Yazidi NGO focused on providing education for survivors of the 2014 genocide. I have been published by the think tank Islamic Theology of Counter Terrorism, numerous literary journals and anthologies, and even dabbled in the occasional fiction podcast. My poetry collection, And My Blood Sang, was published in 2023.
